1. Introduction

Tykie Automation ('we,' 'our,' or 'us') operates the website and digital infrastructure services hosted at tykieautomation.com. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our website visitors, clients, and prospective clients in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information collected through our agency website, client onboarding forms, and automated software workflows.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal and operational information necessary to provide our digital engineering, website deployment, and workflow automation services. Tykie Automation acts as a Data Processor / Service Provider when building and routing automation forms for our business clients. The end-user data collected on our clients' websites belongs strictly to the respective client, and we do not monetize, sell, or independently contact our clients' end customers.

6. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and secure cloud infrastructure for data at rest. While we maintain rigorous security protocols, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.
